Role Overview

We are looking for a solid, responsible, proactive, and organized Business & Operations Assistant who can work closely with HR, Finance & Accounts, Operations, and Management and ensure the organization's day-to-day activities are completed smoothly and without unnecessary delays.

The candidate should be comfortable handling business documentation, proposals, employee records, accounts support, asset management, internal and external follow-ups, and general operational activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness & Documentation
Prepare business proposals, quotations, presentations, reports, and supporting documents based on business requirements.
Prepare and format qualified emails, official letters, notices, and internal communications.
Prepare PPT presentations for business, management, client, and internal requirements.




Assist in preparing tender documents, client documents, project documents, and other business-related documentation.
Review documents for accuracy, completeness, formatting, and consistency.
Maintain proper digital and physical filing systems.

Operations Management
Handle day-to-day business and operational activities and ensure tasks are completed on time.
Coordinate with different departments and follow up on pending activities.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, preparing meeting materials, coordinating participants, and following up on action items.
Maintain operational trackers, registers, reports, and records.
Support management in various administrative and operational requirements.
Take ownership of assigned activities and ensure there are no unnecessary delays in business operations.

Support HR in employee onboarding and joining formalities.
