Quality Intern / Quality Associates– Food Manufacturing

Experience: Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in food manufacturing, preferably in Sweets, Bakery, Namkeens, or similar food-processing industries.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Assist the Quality/QA team in daily quality control and food safety activities.
Verify personal hygiene, GMP, and food safety practices of production employees.
Inspect process-line hygiene, cleaning, and sanitation conditions before the start of production.
Conduct online/process inspections during production to ensure product quality and food safety.
Perform inspection of Raw Materials (RM), Packaging Materials (PM), and Finished Goods (FG) as per specifications.
Verify finished products for quality, appearance, weight, packaging, coding, and labeling before packing and dispatch.
Collect product samples for laboratory analysis and maintain retain samples as per procedure.
Record inspection findings and maintain quality and food safety records accurately and on time.




Monitor critical/process parameters and immediately report deviations to the QA/Quality team.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, HACCP, FSSAI requirements, and internal food safety procedures.
Check product labeling, batch coding, date coding, packaging integrity, net weight, and other applicable legal requirements.
Assist in identifying, documenting, and reporting non-conformities (NCs) and support corrective action follow-up.
Support internal audits, customer audits, certification audits, and regulatory inspection preparations.
Verify cleaning and sanitation activities and maintain related records.
Assist in monitoring pest control, housekeeping, waste management, and environmental hygiene.
Coordinate with Production, Stores, Maintenance, and other departments to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
Participate in GMP, food safety, HACCP, personal hygiene, and other quality training programs.
