Job Summary

Majhe App is looking for an AI & Digital Marketing Manager to lead our social media, performance marketing, digital marketing, and AI-driven marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should be creative, data-driven, and capable of using AI tools to improve marketing performance, content creation, customer engagement, and campaign efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms.
Manage and grow Majhe App’s social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns through platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Monitor campaign performance, ROI, leads, conversions, and customer acquisition costs.
Develop monthly social media calendars and coordinate content creation.
Use AI tools for content creation, campaign planning, audience analysis, automation, and marketing optimization.




Identify new digital marketing trends, tools, and growth opportunities.
Work closely with the design and content teams to create high-performing campaigns.
Analyze customer behavior and marketing data to improve campaign performance.
Manage SEO, SEM, email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and other digital channels.
Prepare regular marketing performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Develop strategies for customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and brand awareness.
Conduct competitor and market research.
Experiment with new AI-powered marketing tools and automation solutions.

Required Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, performance marketing, or a related field.
Robust knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Good understanding of social media strategy and content marketing.
Experience with analytics and campaign reporting.
