Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and result-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 months of field sales experience and be passionate about meeting customers, generating leads, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Visit assigned customers and potential clients to promote company products/services.
Generate new business opportunities through field visits and networking.
Build and maintain robust relationships with customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits.
Negotiate and close sales while achieving monthly targets.
Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion.




Maintain daily visit reports and update sales activities in the CRM/system.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
RequirementsMinimum 6 months of experience in Field Sales.
Minimum qualification: PUC / Diploma / Any Graduate.
Solid communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
Knowledge of Kannada, Hindi, or English is an added advantage.
