Responsibilities
Configure and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications based on business requirements.
Configure entities, forms, views, workflows, business rules, and other platform components.
Support Dynamics 365 implementations, testing, deployments, and production activities.
Assist with solution management and deployments across development, test, and production environments.
Work with business users and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver Dynamics 365 solutions.
Requirements
Hands-on experience configuring entities, forms, views, workflows, or business rules.
Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse and Dynamics 365 data structures.
Basic understanding of solution management, settings, and deployment processes.
Experience participating in requirements gathering, testing, implementation, or production support.
