Responsibilities
Production planning and execution
Manage oil extraction, boiling, processing & packing
Ensure GMP, quality & safety compliance
Control costs and improve yield & efficiency
Lead, train & manage production teams
Coordinate inventory and equipment maintenance
Prepare production & MIS reports
Requirements
B.Tech in Chemical Engineering/Food Technology or B.Sc Chemistry
10–15 years of production experience
Minimum 5 years in a managerial role
Experience in Ayurvedic/FMCG/Oil/Food industry preferred
Solid knowledge of oil extraction and packing processes
Excellent leadership, technical & problem-solving skills
Robust commitment to quality and safety
Location: Alappuzha, Kerala
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
