We are looking for a motivated IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, sourcing qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring managers in fulfilling talent requirements across various IT skill sets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and offer status.
Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
Stay updated on market trends and hiring best practices.
Required Skills
Experience in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
Strong sourcing and screening skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with job portals and qualified networking platforms.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications
