Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Team Member to support day-to-day operations, deliver excellent service, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers in a polite and qualified manner.
Take and process customer orders accurately.
Prepare and serve food and beverages as per standard procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area.
Handle billing and cash/card transactions when required.
Ensure proper stocking and availability of required items.
Follow company SOPs, safety standards, and hygiene guidelines.
Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Address basic customer queries and escalate issues when required.
Support opening and closing activities as assigned.

Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass preferred.
Valuable communication and customer-service skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Prior experience in a similar service role will be an advantage.
