Manage R&D; and laboratory activities for quartz slabs.
Develop and improve recent products, colours, designs and formulations.
Conduct raw material and finished product testing.
Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Coordinate with Production and Quality teams for product improvement.
Conduct trials and analyse test results.
Troubleshoot product and process-related quality issues.
Maintain laboratory records, reports and testing documentation.
Support continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
Pay: ₹46,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
