Job Summary:
The Student Care Manager is responsible for managing the complete student journey after admission, ensuring proper onboarding, attendance, engagement, fee follow-up, academic coordination, grievance handling, and overall student satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct student onboarding and orientation after admission.
Act as the primary point of contact for students and address their queries and concerns.
Maintain regular communication with students regarding classes, training schedules, attendance.
Monitor and follow up on student attendance and engagement.
Identify students with irregular attendance or low engagement and take necessary follow-up actions.
Coordinate with faculty, trainers, branch staff, and management to resolve student-related issues.
Handle student complaints, requests, and grievances professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Follow up with students regarding course fees, pending payments, and installments.
Maintain accurate student records, including attendance, fee status, course progress, and other relevant details.




Coordinate with the Accounts Department regarding fee collection and outstanding payments.
Guide students regarding course duration, training process, OJT, placement, and company policies.
Monitor student satisfaction and take corrective action wherever required.
Conduct regular student feedback and engagement activities.
Maintain proper documentation of student communications and follow-ups.
Support student retention by identifying concerns that may lead to dropouts and taking preventive action.
Ensure that all student-related data is properly updated in the Student Management System.
Perform other student-care and operational duties assigned by management.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
