Bids & Proposal Engineer – Industrial Automation

Experience: 3–10 Years | Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. in Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical, or Automation Engineering

We are looking for a Bids & Proposal Engineer with experience in Industrial Automation to manage technical and commercial proposals for PLC, DCS, and Field Instrumentation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Review RFQs, technical specifications, P&IDs;, I/O lists, and control narratives.
Develop PLC/DCS system architecture and select appropriate hardware, modules, and software.
Select field instruments such as control valves, transmitters, and flowmeters.
Prepare BOQ, BOM, cost estimates, technical offers, and commercial proposals.
Prepare compliance/deviation statements and technical clarifications.




Coordinate with vendors and procurement teams for competitive quotations.
Participate in pre-bid meetings and client technical discussions.

Required Skills:
3–10 years of experience in Bidding, Proposal, Application Engineering, or Industrial Automation.
Solid knowledge of PLC/DCS systems and field instrumentation.
Ability to interpret P&IDs;, I/O lists, and technical documents.
Robust analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
