Role: Senior Oracle Cloud Functional Consultant
Shift Timings: 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM IST (Dedicated Late-Evening Shift)
Experience: 6 to 10+ years of overall Oracle ERP experience, with a minimum of 3+ years of hands-on Oracle Cloud (Fusion) implementation or support experience.
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled, self-reliant Senior Oracle Cloud Functional Consultant to join our application support team. This role requires a unique blend of cross-functional expertise spanning Supply Chain Management (SCM), Manufacturing (MFG), and Procurement modules.
Operating on a dedicated late-evening shift (up to 1:30 AM IST), you will provide critical support overlap for our global business operations. You will be responsible for independently driving Level 2 and Level 3 issue resolution, managing critical period-close activities, and interacting directly with business stakeholders during their peak working hours.
Key Responsibilities
Application Support & Ticket Resolution
Provide robust functional support for Oracle Cloud SCM, Manufacturing,
and Procurement modules.
Triage, investigate, and resolve complex L2/L3 tickets, system exceptions, and data mismatches.
Perform root-cause analysis for recurring operational issues and propose permanent functional fixes or workarounds.
Month-End & Period-Close Operations
Own and facilitate smooth subledger period-close activities for Inventory and Cost Management.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve errors in scheduled processes, automated interfaces, and batch jobs during the shift.
Working with Oracle
Log, manage, and aggressively drive Oracle Service Requests (SRs) to resolve standard application bugs.
Analyze the impact of Oracles quarterly patches on existing SCM/MFG/Procurement setups and assist with regression testing.
Stakeholder Engagement
Act as the primary point of contact for business users during the late shift.
