Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Mivan Store Keeper / Engineer with 3–8 years of relevant experience in the Civil & Construction industry, preferably with hands-on experience in Mivan formwork materials and project site stores management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day Mivan formwork store operations at the construction site.
Receive, inspect, identify, and properly store Mivan materials and accessories.
Maintain accurate records of material receipts, issues, returns, and stock balances.
Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, and Mivan/Formwork teams for material requirements.
Issue Mivan materials as per approved requirements and maintain proper documentation.
Monitor material availability and raise requirements in advance to avoid shortages.
Maintain proper identification, stacking, and secure storage of Mivan materials.




Track damaged, missing, excess, and reusable materials.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with records.
Maintain daily/weekly/monthly stock reports.
Ensure proper handling and preservation of Mivan materials to minimize damage and wastage.
Coordinate material movement between stores and different construction activities.
Support project teams in planning and controlling Mivan material requirements.

Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
Candidates with relevant Mivan Store / Construction Store experience will also be considered.

Required Experience
5–8 years of experience in Civil & Construction projects.
Hands-on experience in Mivan Formwork / Aluminium Formwork materials is preferred.
Experience in construction site stores and inventory management is an advantage.
