Job Vacancy: Godown Manager

Location: Baner, Pune

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000, depending on interview and experience

Job Responsibilities:
Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the godown.
Handle receiving, storage, arrangement, and stock management of raw materials.
Supervise all labour staff and monitor their daily work.
Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness, and discipline inside the godown.
Check labour attendance, performance, and work quality regularly.
Maintain proper records of raw materials and stock.
Conduct outlet visits twice a week to check stock requirements and operations.
Ensure all raw materials are properly stored and maintained.
Monitor safety and cleanliness standards in the godown.
Coordinate with management regarding stock, labour, and daily requirements.

Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience in godown/warehouse management preferred.
Positive labour handling and team supervision skills.
Responsible, disciplined, and hardworking.
Basic knowledge of stock management and record keeping.
