About the Role

We are looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer to design, develop, maintain, and optimize web applications and internal technology solutions for Rarefiction Media.

The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, REST APIs, and JavaScript/TypeScript, along with an interest in automation and AI-powered applications.

Key Responsibilities




Develop and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
Build responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using React.js.
Develop backend services and REST APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
Design and manage MongoDB databases and application data.
Integrate third-party APIs and external business tools.
Implement authentication, authorization, user roles, and access controls.
Develop dashboards, admin panels, internal tools, and business applications.
Connect web applications with automation workflows and external services.
Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for performance and reliability.
Collaborate with the UI/UX Designer to convert designs into functional interfaces.
Work closely with the Process Automation Specialist on workflow and API integrations.
Participate in application testing, deployment, maintenance, and improvements.
