Responsibilities
This position is accountable for execution of small to medium scale Projects from post order to handover, which involves planning, timely dispatch, site supervision, and handover.
Receipt and review of purchase order / Technical specification of Customer
Preparation of BOM and indent according to contract scope
Kick off Meeting with customer for finalization of execution schedule
Engineering document development with the help of in-house design and engineering team Preparation, Submission Approval from customer
Preparation Release of indent (BOQ)



for B/out items fabricated items through SAP process (PR)
Review progress monitoring of fabricated items
Arrangement for QA /QC checks with 3rd party
Monitoring of dispatch as per invoicing plan
Periodic visit to site for execution supervision
Complete work as per schedule within project budget and handover
Collection of payments as per Contract Terms
Submission of project progress report to management
