P.E. Erectors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to manage key HR functions at our Head Office in Garia.

The role will have a robust focus on Talent Acquisition and Payroll Management, along with responsibility for day-to-day HR operations, employee coordination, documentation, and statutory compliance.

The ideal candidate should be well-organized, hands-on, and capable of independently managing recruitment and payroll processes while ensuring smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Head Office and project requirements
Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with hiring managers
Source candidates through job portals, skilled networks, referrals, and other channels
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Conduct initial HR discussions and coordinate interviews
Manage candidate follow-ups, offer roll-outs, and joining formalities
Maintain recruitment trackers and an updated candidate database




Ensure timely closure of open positions

Payroll Management
Coordinate and manage monthly payroll processing
Maintain accurate attendance, leave, overtime, and employee records
Coordinate salary inputs, deductions, reimbursements, and other payroll-related information
Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
Coordinate with accounts and external payroll consultants, wherever required
Support PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other payroll-related statutory compliance
Resolve employee queries related to salary, attendance, leave, and payroll

General HR Operations
Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and induction
Maintain personnel files, HR records, contracts, and HR documentation
Support employee engagement and internal HR communication
Assist in implementation and maintenance of HR policies and processes
Support performance management and employee-related processes
