Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Executive specialised in the Food & Beverage industry to join our agile

team.

and will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent to support our company's growth and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to the F&B; industry.
Utilize diverse sourcing channels—job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, and industry events—to attract qualified talent.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and timely process.
