Conduct soft collections via calls to resolve outstanding balances.
Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to company policies.
Qualifications
HSC/Graduates - Freshers are welcome to apply.
SSC + 1 year of BPO experience can apply.
Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
Age Criteria: Up to 40 years
Travel Allowance: Home drop provided within travel boundaries.
Travel Boundaries: Dadar - Virar
Travel Boundaries: Dadar - Thane
No Harbour Line coverage
Week Offs: 2 rotational offs
Workdays: 5 days per week
Shift Timings:
Rotational 9-hour shift between 5:30 PM - 8:30 AM.
