The ideal candidate should have solid subject knowledge, valuable communication skills, and the ability to deliver practical, career-oriented training.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and structured classes on Hospital Administration and Healthcare Management.
Teach topics such as Hospital Operations, Front Office, Medical Records, Healthcare Services, HR, Billing, Insurance, and Hospital Departments.
Provide practical examples and industry-oriented knowledge to help students understand real hospital operations.
Conduct assessments, assignments, presentations, and practical training sessions.
Guide students regarding internships, placements, and career opportunities in the healthcare sector.
Maintain student attendance, academic records, and performance reports.
Coordinate with the academic team to ensure effective course delivery and student development.
Support students during hospital visits, internships, and industry exposure programmes.
Requirements
Qualification in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management / Hospital Management / MBA Healthcare or a relevant field.
Candidates with teaching or hospital administration experience will be preferred.
Freshers with robust subject knowledge may also be considered.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Practical knowledge of hospital administration and healthcare operations is an added advantage.
