Experience Required

Minimum 1 year of experience in training (soft skills/communication)

Roles & Responsibilities
Deliver training on communication, personality development, and employability skills.
Conduct sessions on spoken English, interview skills, workplace behavior, and grooming.
Use role plays, group activities, and presentations for effective learning.
Prepare lesson plans and training materials as per curriculum.
Assess candidates through activities, presentations, and mock interviews.
Mentor candidates to build confidence and skilled attitude.
Track attendance, performance, and batch progress.
Support placement readiness and interview preparation.

Data Management
Maintain class delivery records and training MIS




Share weekly/monthly attendance and progress dashboards
Report daily activities and student performance updates

Skills Required
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Solid training and facilitation ability.
Valuable interpersonal and mentoring skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).

Qualification
Graduate/Postgraduate in any field (English/HR preferred).
3–5 years of experience in soft skills or communication training preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
