Handle inbound enquiries and make outbound calls to potential clients.
Explain slimming, weight-loss and wellness treatments/packages.
Understand customers' requirements and suggest suitable programs.
Convert enquiries into clinic visits, consultations and enrollments.
Follow up with leads through calls/messages.
Maintain lead, call and conversion records in CRM/manual registers.
Meet daily, weekly and monthly call targets.
Coordinate appointments with front desk, counsellors and clinic managers.
Handle basic customer questions and objections professionally.
Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days & You will be entitled to one weekly off between Monday and Friday.
Fluency in Communication is mandatory

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
