Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities includes:
Wiring harness assembly, cutting, stripping, crimping, and terminal insertion.
Connecting assembly and pin configuration.
Reading wire harness drawings and wiring diagrams.
Harnessing routing, taping, sleeving, and labelling.
Handling continuity testing and quality inspection.
Handling PCB Assembly & Electronics
Through-hole component assembly.
PCB soldering and desoldering.
Electronic component identification.
PCB inspection and testing.
Rework and repair of solder joints.
Assembly of automotive electronic modules.
Following production SOPs and work instructions.
Maintaining production and inspection records.
Ensuring product quality and manufacturing standards.
Supporting inventory and material management activities.




Assisting in packaging and dispatch operations.

Other requirements
Basic knowledge of electronics and electrical circuits.
Interest in automotive electronics and manufacturing.
Positive hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
Ability to use hand tools and measuring instruments.
Willingness to learn production processes.
ITI Electronics Mechanic, ITI Electrician, ITI Wireman
Diploma Electronics Engineering, Diploma Electrical Engineering, Diploma Automobile Engineering, Diploma Mechatronics
