Role & responsibilities

As a Channel Sales Executive at NHA India, you will manage and grow our existing base of IT channel partners resellers and distributors from our office in Noida. This is a 100% inside sales role all your work happens over the phone, email, and WhatsApp. No field visits required.

You will be given a ready database of active channel partners from Day 1. Your job is to build strong working relationships with them, understand their pipeline and requirements, support them in closing orders, and bring current partners into the network.

If you are someone who enjoys building relationships over the phone, is organised enough to manage a large partner base, and is driven by the satisfaction of closing business this role is built for you.

Preferred candidate profile
Call and engage with existing IT channel partners (resellers and distributors) across India on a regular basis to understand their pipeline, requirements, and business needs
Take and process product enquiries and orders from channel partners efficiently and accurately




Onboard recent channel partners explain NHA India's product portfolio, commercial terms, and partnership process
Maintain solid, trust-based relationships with the partner network through consistent and professional communication
Follow up on open quotations, pending orders, and payment updates with partners as needed
Maintain accurate records of all partner interactions, enquiries, and order status in Zoho CRM on the same day
Coordinate with the internal team for product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines to support partner queries - Participate in weekly team review every Saturday (Work from Home)
