We are looking for a smart, confident, and well-presented Tele calling Executive to join our travel agency.

The ideal candidate should have excellent fluency in English, strong communication skills, and a passion

for travel and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries for domestic and international tour packages.
Communicate with customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and face-to-face meetings.
Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable packages.
Prepare quotations, itineraries, and travel package proposals.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Promote tour packages, flight tickets, hotel bookings, visas, and other travel services.
Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth customer service.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and bookings.

Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.




Good communication and convincing/presentation skills.
Smart-looking, confident, and professional personality.
Pleasant manner and customer-friendly attitude.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp, email, and MS Office.
Previous experience in travel, tourism, sales, or customer service will be an advantage.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a solid interest in travel may also apply.
