We are looking for an experienced and customer-oriented Travel Consultant / Flight & Hotel Booking Executive to join our team.

The candidate should have valuable knowledge of flight ticketing, hotel bookings, visa assistance, travel packages, and itinerary planning, along with robust customer-handling and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities
Domestic & International flight ticket booking and ticketing
Hotel booking and reservation management
Providing visa assistance and basic visa-related guidance
Preparing travel packages and customized itineraries
Handling customer queries through phone, WhatsApp, and in-person communication
Understanding customer requirements and suggesting suitable travel options
Handling travel bookings, changes, cancellations, and follow-ups
Converting enquiries into bookings and achieving sales targets
Maintaining proper records of bookings and customer details

Requirements




Previous experience in travel agency / ticketing / travel consultancy preferred
Positive knowledge of flight and hotel booking procedures
Knowledge of domestic and international travel will be an advantage
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Sales-oriented approach and ability to convert enquiries into bookings
Basic computer knowledge
Candidates with knowledge of Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or other GDS systems will be preferred

What We Are Looking For

A responsible, confident, and hardworking candidate who can independently handle flight & hotel bookings, visa assistance, travel planning, and customer dealing.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
