Supervise day-to-day electric scooty production and assembly operations.
Achieve daily and monthly production targets while maintaining required quality standards.
Manage and allocate manpower across the production/assembly line.
Monitor the complete assembly process, including chassis, motor, battery, controller, wiring, brakes, tyres, body panels, lights, and other components.
Ensure production activities are carried out according to SOPs, work instructions, and standard processes.
Coordinate with the Stores/Material team to ensure timely availability of required components.
Coordinate with the QC team to identify and resolve quality issues and minimize rejection/rework.
Monitor production line efficiency, productivity, downtime, and output.
Identify bottlenecks,



process issues, and delays and take corrective action.
Ensure proper use and handling of tools, equipment, and machinery.
Maintain production records, shift reports, rejection/rework reports, and manpower reports.
Ensure workers follow safety procedures, 5S, and workplace discipline.
Coordinate with Maintenance for machine/equipment breakdowns.
Train and guide operators/workers on assembly processes and safety procedures.
Report daily production performance and major issues to the Production Manager/Plant Head.
