Ujalaa Milk Producer Company Ltd. is looking for a qualified and experienced AM/DM Finance & Accounts to manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations. The role will be responsible for financial reporting, accounting, statutory compliance, audits, budgeting, reconciliations, and ensuring accurate and timely financial records.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
Handle month-end and year-end closing activities.
Ensure timely preparation of P&L;, Balance Sheet, cash flow statements, and other financial reports.
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and ledger scrutiny.
Ensure compliance with applicable GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with internal, statutory, and tax auditors and provide required documentation.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial controls.




Review accounting entries and ensure accuracy of financial data.
Support cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
Maintain proper documentation and records for financial transactions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for finance-related requirements.
Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of accounting and financial reporting.
Valuable understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
Experience in audit coordination and financial analysis.
Robust MS Excel and accounting/ERP software skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Robust communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage deadlines and work independently.
High attention to detail and accuracy.

Eligibility
Qualification: CA / CMA
Experience: 4 - 10 years in Finance & Accounts
