About the Role

We are looking for a smart, confident, and well-organized Receptionist / Client Relationship & Operations Executive who can effectively handle clients, present and demonstrate products, manage follow-ups, maintain data, and support day-to-day operational activities.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a skilled personality, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and professionally handle walk-in clients, visitors, and enquiries.
Understand client requirements and provide appropriate product information.
Showcase and explain products to clients in an engaging and skilled manner.
Handle client queries and coordinate with the relevant teams for timely resolution.
Maintain regular client follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, email, or other communication channels.
Maintain and update customer databases, enquiry records, follow-up sheets,



and sales-related data.
Track leads and ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversions.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and status.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client handling and order/service execution.
Assist in day-to-day operations and office management.
Monitor basic maintenance requirements and coordinate with vendors/service providers when required.
Ensure the reception, display, and client-facing areas are maintained professionally.
Support administrative and operational tasks as required.
Prepare basic reports related to enquiries, follow-ups, client visits, and daily activities.
Ensure a smooth and qualified client experience from enquiry to follow-up.

Required Skills & Experience
Prior experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, Customer Relationship Executive, Sales Coordinator, or Operations Executive preferred.
