Job Responsibilities
Manage inbond and outbond calls.
Find new customers and generate leads.
Contact leads from IndiaMART and social media.
Follow up with customers regularly.
Explain products and services to customers.
Handle customer questions and enquiries.
Convert leads into sales.
Update customer details and call records.
Prepare daily call reports.
Requirements
Valuable communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive speaking and convincing skills.
Experience in telecalling or sales is an advantage.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
