About Wellesley Hotel

Wellesley Hotel is a 24-room boutique hotel located in the heart of Camp, Pune. Set within a beautifully restored heritage building, the hotel combines contemporary design, art, and thoughtful hospitality to create a distinctive guest experience.

We are looking for a Front of House Executive who is warm, skilled, confident, and passionate about hospitality. The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with guests and handling day-to-day Front Office operations.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests with a warm and professional approach.
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
Manage reservations, bookings, cancellations, and guest requests.
Respond to guest queries through phone,



email, and in-person interactions.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B;, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain accurate guest records and operational documentation.
Assist guests with information regarding hotel facilities, services, and local recommendations.
Monitor the Front Office area and ensure it is maintained to the required standards.
Handle billing, payments, and basic cash-handling responsibilities when required.
Follow hotel SOPs, grooming standards, and company policies.
Ensure a high standard of guest service throughout the guest journey.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Front Office, Front of House, Guest Relations, or a similar hospitality role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
