Customer Support Executives
to join our Voice Process team. The role involves assisting customers with printer-related queries, understanding their concerns, and providing basic troubleshooting support over the phone.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls related to
printer products and services
.
Understand customer issues and provide appropriate troubleshooting guidance.
Assist customers with basic printer setup, usage, and technical concerns.
Follow standard troubleshooting procedures and process guidelines.
Provide accurate and courteous resolutions while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support team when required.
Maintain professionalism and meet defined quality and productivity targets.

Eligibility & Assessment Criteria
Voice Process experience




is preferred; freshers with valuable communication & basic computer knowledge may also be considered.
Positive verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
Candidates should be comfortable working in a rotational shift environment.
