About the Role

We are looking for a creative, strategic and trend-savvy Social Media Content Specialist who can think beyond regular posts and create impactful content ideas that engage audiences. This role is focused on content ideation, storytelling, campaign planning and social media strategy. The selected candidate will work closely with the in-house Video Editor to bring content concepts to life across social page.

Key Responsibilities
Conceptualize and plan engaging content ideas for reels, short videos, carousels, posters and campaigns.
Research industry trends, viral formats, audience preferences and industry activities to create relevant content.
Create compelling content briefs and scripts for the Video Editor and design team.
A fresh and cutting-edge video content across the following categories:
Learning & Educational Content
Motivational Content
General Awareness Content
Health & Wellness Content




Restaurant & Hotel Industry Trends Content
Engagement Campaigns
Write creative captions, hooks, CTAs and storytelling content for social page.
Coordinate with the Video Editor to ensure content is produced as per the creative vision.
Manage publishing schedules and ensure timely execution.
Monitor content performance using analytics and recommend improvements based on insights.
Stay updated on emerging social media trends, platform updates and viral content formats.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand business priorities and convert them into engaging social page.
Drive organic audience growth through creative content strategies and engagement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in Social Media Content Strategy, Content Planning or Social Media Management.
Excellent proficiency in English and Hindi (reading, writing, and speaking).
