Job Summary

Global One Consulting Group is hiring an experienced Head of Sales to lead sales, business development, and revenue growth across multiple business projects, including E-commerce, Hospital Management Systems (HMS), technology solutions, and other business verticals.

The candidate will be responsible for managing and scaling large sales operations, including 100–500+ field/ground-level sales employees, while developing sales strategies, expanding markets, building partnerships, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies across multiple business verticals.
Manage and lead large field/ground sales teams of 100–500+ employees.
Set sales targets, territories, KPIs, and performance goals.
Drive B2B and B2C sales, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Build and manage strategic partnerships and key client relationships.




Identify new markets, territories, and business prospects.
Monitor sales performance, pipeline, forecasts, and revenue targets.
Recruit, train, coach, and motivate sales managers and team leaders.
Improve sales productivity, conversion rates, and team performance.
Work with senior management and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
Handle important client meetings, negotiations, and business engagements.

Requirements
10+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Sales Leadership.
Proven experience managing large sales/field teams of 100–500+ employees.
Strong experience in B2B/B2C sales and business development.
Experience managing multiple products, projects, or business verticals.
Robust knowledge of field sales, revenue generation, market expansion, and sales operations.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
