Role & Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition for retail stores/showrooms across Mumbai.
Drive bulk and managerial hiring for retail positions.
Build talent pipelines through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, headhunting and local networking.
Partner with business leaders on manpower planning and timely hiring.
Manage screening, interviews, salary negotiations, offers and joining.
Build a robust Mumbai retail talent network and track key recruitment metrics.
Act as the regional HRBP for employee relations, retention and workforce planning.
Support HR audits, employee documentation, HR policies and labour law compliance.
Work closely with Corporate HR & Legal on sensitive employee and compliance matters.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Robust experience in retail Talent Acquisition, including bulk and managerial hiring.
Experience managing recruitment across multiple stores/showrooms.
Solid Mumbai retail hiring network and sourcing capabilities.
Experience in HRBP and employee relations.
Candidates from fashion, apparel, lifestyle, jewellery or premium retail will be preferred.
