Role & Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to diagnose musculoskeletal, neurological, and functional impairments.
Design and implement personalized treatment plans using manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and electrotherapy modalities.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, occupational therapists, and caregivers to ensure holistic patient outcomes.
Document progress accurately in digital EMR systems and adjust interventions based on measurable clinical outcomes.
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention,



and lifestyle modifications.
Adhere to clinical governance standards and maintain strict compliance with ethical and safety protocols.

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
BPTh / MPT degree from a recognized Indian institution
Valid registration with INC or State Physiotherapy Council
Proficiency in manual therapy techniques (Maitland, Mulligan, McKenzie)
Hands-on experience with TENS, EMS, ultrasound, and other electrotherapy devices
Strong clinical documentation via EMR systems (e.g., Practo, Healthie, Medisoft)
Experience in outpatient orthopedic or neuro-rehab settings

Preferred
Post-grad certification in sports physio, spinal rehab, or geriatric care
Fluency in regional languages (Hindi, Marathi)
Experience working with tele-rehab platforms or digital patient engagement tools
