Roles and Responsibilities :
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service via phone calls.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using computer systems.
Maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping tasks.
Meet performance targets set by the company for quality assurance purposes.
Job Requirements :
Fluency in English language (spoken) with robust communication skills.
Ability to work on night shifts (rotational).
Fresh graduate or recent college passout preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent voice quality with valuable pronunciation.
