Job Summary

Ysquare Technology is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, taxation, payroll support, statutory compliance, financial records, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate should have solid accounting knowledge, attention to detail, valuable analytical skills, and the ability to manage finance activities and statutory deadlines efficiently. Location: Tamil Nadu / Chennai; Work Mode: WFH.
Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting activities including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, invoices, and financial records.
Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and resolve discrepancies.
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Handle GST compliance, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B preparation and filing.
Manage TDS calculations, deductions, challans, payments, and returns.
Assist with PF and ESI compliance and monthly contributions.
Support payroll processing and maintain payroll records.
Prepare MIS reports,



financial summaries, and management reports.
Support month-end/year-end closing and financial statement preparation.
Maintain records of invoices, payments, reimbursements, tax documents, and statutory filings.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams for finance-related activities.
Support internal and statutory audits with required documentation.
Monitor payment schedules, receivables, and vendor balances.
Ensure timely completion of accounting, payroll, and statutory activities.
Identify discrepancies and support improvements in finance and accounting processes.
Requirements
Robust understanding of accounting principles and finance operations.
Practical knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and payroll.
Experience in bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, BRS, AP/AR, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in MS Excel, including formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data a
