About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and well-spoken Sales Coordinator to support the sales team at Prana by Nilaya, located at Big BIT Mesra, Ranchi.

The candidate will manage incoming leads, calling and follow-ups, client coordination and documentation, while working closely with the Sales Representative to support successful deal closures.
Key ResponsibilitiesReceive and manage incoming sales leads.
Call prospective clients and understand their requirements.
Regularly follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
Coordinate site visits and client meetings.
Maintain proper records and documentation of client interactions.
Work closely with the Sales Representative on every active lead.
Support the Sales Representative with follow-ups and deal closure.




Ensure no lead is missed and all follow-ups are completed on time.
Update CRM/lead records and provide regular sales updates.
Coordinate with internal teams for client documentation and requirements.
Candidate Profile5+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and qualified while speaking with clients.
Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
Valuable documentation and organisational skills.
Target-oriented and proactive.
Residential real estate experience will be an advantage.

Compensation₹15,000 – ₹18,000/month + performance incentive up to ₹10,000

Ideal Candidate: A proactive and organised sales skilled who is excellent at communication and follow-ups and can work closely with the Sales Representative to convert leads into site visits and bookings.
