About the Role

We are looking for an E-commerce Operations Executive to independently manage our online marketplace business on Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub. The role is based at our Jalgaon facility, where the candidate will have a dedicated workstation to manage listings, orders, and coordination — along with overseeing order fulfilment on-site to ensure every order is processed accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities
Manage and update product listings on Amazon and Flipkart (pricing, stock, descriptions, images)
Process and track daily orders end-to-end, from confirmation to dispatch




Oversee order fulfilment in office — coordinating and finalising packing and dispatch to ensure accuracy and timely handover to courier partners
Maintain inventory accuracy between physical stock and online listings
Handle customer returns and coordinate replacements/refunds
Prepare and review daily sales, order, and inventory reports; flag issues proactively
Coordinate with the facility and accounts teams for a smooth order-to-payment cycle
Ensure timely dispatch to avoid order cancellations and maintain account health

Requirements
12th pass / Graduate (any stream)
Good computer knowledge — Excel, email, internet browsing
Prior experience with Amazon Seller Central or Flipkart Seller Hub preferred (not mandatory — full training will be provided)
Comfortable overseeing and coordinating fulfilment activity on-site at the facility
Basic English/Hindi reading and writing skills
Honest, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
