Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy
Develop and implement content strategies aligned with company objectives and brand guidelines.
Analyze existing content to identify strengths, gaps, and prospects for improvement.
Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure content supports business goals.
Plan and maintain an effective editorial/content calendar.

Audience Engagement
Develop customer/audience profiles to understand different audience segments.
Create content tailored to specific target audiences and customer needs.
Build and maintain an active online community across social media and digital platforms.
Monitor online conversations, comments,



and trends to understand audience preferences and feedback.

Content Creation & Management
Plan, create, and manage high-quality content for social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
Create engaging written, visual, and video content that reflects the company's brand identity.
Be comfortable appearing on camera for videos, reels, interviews, and other digital content.
Ensure content is consistent in tone, style, quality, and brand guidelines.
Optimize content for SEO, search visibility, engagement, and user experience.
Manage content publishing schedules and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in content strategy, content creation, digital marketing, social media, or a related role.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
