Job Description:

Cluster Manager

Role:
Lead and oversee multiple stores within the assigned cluster, manage store teams, drive sales performance, and ensure smooth store operations.

Responsibilities:
Manage overall operations and performance of stores within the assigned cluster.
Drive sales targets and operational KPIs.
Lead, motivate, and monitor store teams.
Ensure proper stock management, cash handling, and inventory control.
Monitor staff performance, attendance, and discipline.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies, and operational standards.
Coordinate with HR for recruitment, onboarding, appraisals, and employee-related matters.
Monitor customer service, store maintenance, display standards, and billing.
Conduct regular store visits and identify operational gaps.
Handle store-related issues, escalations, and customer grievances.
Prepare cluster performance reports and MIS updates.
Ensure proper HOTO procedures and required store documentation.

Education:
Graduation / Post Graduation (Preferred)

Experience:
7+ years of experience in a managerial role (Required)

Work Location: In person

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
