Job Title: Business Intelligence Senior Associate

Position Description:
We are looking for an experienced Data Analytics / MSBI Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, T-SQL, ETL, data modeling, and business intelligence.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and supporting enterprise analytics solutions, reverse-engineering complex legacy data systems, and translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
The role requires strong technical ownership, analytical problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders,



Data Engineering, Data Science, and Data Management teams. Experience with GCP and modern cloud data technologies is highly preferred.
Employees in this job function are responsible for enabling intelligent business decisions by designing robust analytics solutions through a blend of business acumen, data and analytics proficiency and technical solution architecture; leveraging knowledge and expertise in multiple tools for data integration, data modeling, data analysis tools, advanced data visualization tools etc.

Key Responsibilities:
Create solid business partnership for intelligent solutions through stakeholder interviews and solution designs
Own the design, implementation and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses and end-user tools to drive key business decisions. Use advanced visualization tools like Qlik, Dash Enterprise, Tableau, PowerBI etc.
