Job Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production and achieve shift targets
Handle workforce, machines, and shop-floor operations
Conduct quality checks and monitor processes
Manage material flow and basic inventory needs
Support machine setup & basic troubleshooting
Ensure safety compliance, documentation & daily reports
Coordinate with QC, Maintenance & Management teams
Requirements
5–7 years of relevant production experience.
Experience in door, frame, plywood, furniture, wood, laminate, panel,
or similar manufacturing preferred.
Valuable knowledge of production planning and manufacturing processes.
Solid leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and production documentation.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
