Key Responsibilities
Packaging Benchmarking, exploring various packaging formats
Establishing Primary packaging compatibility with the product, basis analysis of product sensitivity
Testing of Primary, Secondary Tertiary Packaging: Dimensional parameters, Functional Parameters, Quality parameters, Dispensing Parameters
Responsible for Designing Development of Packaging for Recent Products Developments
Promotional packs as per market Requirement.
Revamping of packaging for continuous improvements in aesthetic packaging designs.
Responsible for development of layouts of blister/strips for RD, SU and EB batches.
End to end Documentation for all projects.
Resolution through technical support for root cause analysis of market complaints related to packaging.
Reviewing and resolving packaging issues with factories and packaging vendor
Conducting line trials at all manufacturing locations for current development.
Artwork approvals for all SKU s - Shade cards and Digital proofing
Developing KLDs and maintaining accurate specifications Bill of Materials for packaging materials.
Alternate Vendor Development.
CompetenciesRequired :
Technical Competencies
Post Graduate Diploma in Packaging from IIP or equivalent Degree
Graduate degree in any science stream
Technical Competencies like understanding of packaging MOC in rigids/ flexib
