Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound and inbound calls to candidates for screening and interview scheduling.
Assist the Recruitment team with sourcing profiles through job portals and internal databases.
Maintain candidate trackers, interview schedules, and daily MIS reports.
Update and manage recruitment-related data in MS Excel with accuracy.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Support documentation and onboarding processes as required.
Follow up with candidates at various stages of the hiring cycle.
Ensure data confidentiality and adherence to HR policies at all times.

Required Skills & Competencies
Robust communication skills (verbal and written).
Positive command over MS Excel (VLOOKUP/basic formulas, filtering, formatting, data entry).
Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
Positive time management and multitasking ability.
Positive attitude, professional behavior, and willingness to learn.
