Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated B2B Sales Development Executive to identify and contact prospective clients for our international chauffeur and ground transportation businesses.

The role will focus on researching suitable companies, identifying decision-makers, building accurate prospect databases, conducting outbound outreach and booking qualified meetings for the Senior Business Development Manager.

This is an outbound business-development role involving telephone prospecting, personalised email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, lead qualification and appointment setting. Candidates must be confident speaking with UK and US business decision-makers

Key Responsibilities
Research and identify prospective companies that match our target client profiles across the UK and US markets.
Identify relevant decision-makers and obtain accurate, verified business contact details.
Build and maintain high-quality prospect lists across corporate travel, travel agencies, TMCs, DMCs, concierge companies, hotels, event companies and related sectors.




Make daily outbound B2B prospecting calls to prospective companies and decision-makers across the UK and US markets, supported by personalized email and LinkedIn outreach.
Professionally introduce the companys chauffeur, executive transportation and ground transportation services to prospective clients.
Engage with decision-makers to understand their current transportation arrangements, service requirements, booking frequency, supplier needs and upcoming travel requirements.
Qualify prospects based on location, service requirements, booking potential, decision-making authority and overall commercial value.
Generate interest and schedule qualified sales meetings for the Business Development Manager.
Maintain structured and consistent follow-up with prospects through telephone calls, emails and LinkedIn until a transparent outcome or next step is established.
