Key Responsibilities
Understand hiring requirements and job specifications from hiring managers and business teams.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments based on technical skills, experience, communication, and role fit.
Conduct preliminary HR screening calls and evaluate candidates against defined requirements.
Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds with candidates and interview panels.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups at every stage.
Negotiate compensation, notice period, joining dates, and other relevant employment terms.
Coordinate offer rollouts and manage candidates through the pre-joining process.
Follow up with selected candidates until their date of joining to ensure smooth onboarding.
Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in ATS/HRMS or recruitment trackers.




Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
Ensure recruitment targets and turnaround times are achieved.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand changing requirements and provide suitable candidates.
Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Required Skills
14 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
Valuable understanding of IT technologies, technical roles, and skill requirements.
Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
Solid knowledge of Boolean search and candidate sourcing techniques.
Positive resume screening and candidate assessment skills.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities simultaneously.
Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
