About the RoleWe are looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Associates to join the Lenskart retail team. The role involves delivering an excellent customer experience, understanding customer requirements, recommending the right eyewear, and achieving store sales targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and understand their eyewear requirements.
Assist customers in selecting frames, sunglasses, lenses, and accessories.
Explain product features, offers, pricing, and available options.
Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
Drive conversions, upselling, cross-selling, and repeat purchases.
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the buying journey.
Maintain proper product displays and visual merchandising standards.
Support daily store operations, including stock management and housekeeping.
Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
Follow Lenskart's sales processes, SOPs,
and customer service standards.
Eligibility CriteriaEducation: 12th Pass + relevant experience.
Graduate Freshers are welcome to apply.
Retail, sales, customer service, or eyewear experience will be an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to work in a target-driven workplace.
Candidates should be comfortable working in retail store shifts.
