· Design and execute strategies to raise funds from retail/public investors (equity crowdfunding platforms, public offers where permitted, community rounds, employee stock + investment programs, angel networks open to public, etc.).

· Build and manage relationships with retail investors, investor communities, and platforms.

· Create investor pitch materials, teasers, FAQs, and educational content targeted at non-institutional investors.

· Coordinate due diligence, documentation, and onboarding of retail investors.

· Track and report fundraising pipeline, conversion rates, and funds raised.

· Ensure all communications and fundraising activities comply with applicable securities regulations (SEBI in India, or equivalent regulator elsewhere).

· Manage post-investment investor relations for retail shareholders (updates, queries, AGMs if applicable).

· Identify and onboard suitable crowdfunding / fundraising platforms and partners.

· Monitor market sentiment and competitor fundraising approaches.
